Nelson R. De la Nuez. Mr. De la Nuez is Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Altenesol, which he founded in 2009 on the basis of a new paradigm where both the company and the customers can interact through the system engineering and system architecture process to benefit the common interests of the parties involved.  Mr. De La Nuez has great experience in the Alternative Energy Industry both in the specialty gases and in the cryogenics areas.  His LNG expertise comes from the years of interaction in the Irradia project in Chilca, Peru and the involvement in the Processes, Procedures, Norms and Regulations implemented by working closely with Jack B. Kelley (JBK) management team.  In his latest rolls, as the Director of Engineering and VP of Sales and Marketing for GTM Manufacturing, (GTM) part of the JBK Family of Companies, Mr. De La Nuez created and structured the entire engineering department with responsibilities of designing the Gas Transport Module system and perfecting the original GTM cylinder design for mass production under US DOT regulations and requirements.

In the sales and marketing area he propelled sales in Latin America and the USA by 90% in 2009 and 2010.

In support to environmental activities, Mr. De la Nuez has developed a patent pending process to capture, clean, compress and transport associated gases which are being flared in to the atmosphere.  His process, a mobile solution, is applicable for remote and hard to get locations where oil producing wells flare between 1 MMSCFD to 5 MMSCFD of associated gases.

Mr. De La Nuez holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Hofstra University in Long Island, NY; a Master of Arts in Business Management from Webster University in FL; and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology in FL.
