Curt A. Ruzicka

Curt A. Ruzicka.  Mr. Ruzicka is a member of the Board of Directors and Vice President of Operations for Altenesol, LLC.  With over 27 years of experience in Operations, Human Resources Management, Marketing and Business Management he brings to Altenesol a proven Executive Management track record which he acquired during his 20 years in the United States Air Force from which he retired to apply his knowledge in the private sector.

Innovation, dedication and drive are his trademarks which he developed early on during his Air Force career overseeing numerous responsibilities such as, but not limited to, Executive Agent for the 45th Space Wing Commander on matters relating to the command and control of assigned forces and other vital DoD/national missions conducted by over 50 tenant units. He also was the 45th Space Wing’s Status of Resources and Training System (SORTS) Manager.  His position was a key focal point for launch operations and programs in support of national security, military, commercial and civilian space launches, space shuttle flights, ballistic missile tests and other vital DoD/national missions.  He also evaluated OPLAN/OPORD’s for applicable tasking’s and provided command and control (C2) support to more than 50 tenant units including the Department of State, AFTAC, US Army and US Navy.  He directed numerous contingency and disaster operations on Patrick AFB, Cape Canaveral AFS, Antigua AS, and Ascension Island AAF, to include treaty notifications, hurricane evacuations and launch anomalies.

As Director to J3 Air while assigned to Soto Cano Air Base Honduras Mr. Ruzicka was directly responsible for USSOUTHCOM tasking’s to three Joint Task Force-Bravo (JTF-Bravo) aviation units and Forward Command Element of New HORIZONS operations for the six-nations Joint Operation Area (JOA); Directed theater clearances IAW DoD Foreign Clearance Guide for all JTF-Bravo personnel traveling within the JOA; Directed all USSOUTHCOM relief operations, airborne exercises and support air movements on C-12, C-130, C-23, Casa 212, UH-60, and CH-47 aircraft; Directed all telecommunication to transmit and receive messages critical to safe operations in the JOA from all six nations and CONUS.

Throughout his military career his philosophy was to always leave an assignment significantly better than when he arrived; he has always delivered!    He has been recruited to write and implement numerous Air Force regulations, Inspection General Policies and Guidelines, Fire Protection Programs, Communication Security Programs, and Information Security Programs.

Mr. Ruzicka holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Human Resources Development from Webster University in FL; and a Bachelor’s Degree in Workforce Education and Development with emphasis on Instructional Designing from the Southern IL University in Carbondale IL.
